About You

You will be responsible in achieving sales growth by developing, maintaining and managing customer relationships and comprehensive account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units and managing good working relationships with existing customers

• Serve as primary contact for customers’ inquiries and provide solution timely

• Develop build-on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders

• Develop sales strategy to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability

• Utilize Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results

• Conduct sales negotiations, close deals and ensure timely payment

• Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Business or relevant Engineering disciplines

• Min. 3 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in Engineering industry

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for a junior position

• Strong customer and relationships management

• Service oriented and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively deliver up to the expectation of customers

• Target focused, able to work in fast, dynamic and multicultural environment
