Bolster's Towing, Inc Permanent Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper in Kalispell, Montana
We are looking for a Permanent Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper for our small Family Owned Business.The business/work location is at the owner's home in Helena Flats School District (Kalispell, MT). It is not possible to work this job remotely.Responsibilities include: Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, Checkbook Reconciliation (Must be able to reconcile both manual and computer), and Payroll Taxes.Anticipated hours per week is 15-18, exact days (Monday to Friday) and hours to be determined during the interview. Days and times can be changes during bad weather to help your commute.5 years experience in accounting is required, a degree is not necessary.QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions in the accounting program we use and we will train in the specific areas of the program used.
