Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Description

Manage inventory and order processing through electronic systems, including activities such as on-site program replenishments, disbursements receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, expediting, customer service call resolution, product returns, and backorder processing. Work within computer systems to follow standard operating procedures, proactively communicate with the supervisor regarding customer concerns or potential problems, and address customer issues within established resolution timeframes. Engage in process improvement activities and perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Work Environment

Work may require wearing personal protective equipment such as lab coats, coveralls, hoods, facemasks, hairnets, safety gloves, steel-toe shoes, bump hats, and/or safety glasses depending on the area of the building. The role involves lifting, pushing, and pulling weights of 30-40 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 50 pounds. This includes the operation and use of pushcarts, pallet jacks, and forklifts. It requires standing or walking for prolonged periods and the ability to work overtime as needed.
