Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This role will be a key part of our team, ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with our services. The position is a contract to hire employment opportunity, offering the chance to work in a dynamic environment within the tech industry, specifically focusing on cloud technologies and customer account management. This role allows you to work for a family-owned company, Sundays the store is closed, you will work 5 days a week, if you work on Saturday, you'll receive another day off during the week. Hours vary on days from 8am-6pm or 8am-3pm. This role is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority.

• Utilize CRM and database systems to manage and track customer interactions.

• Work with cloud technologies to enhance the customer experience.

• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain customer records and perform necessary data analysis.

• Apply organizational skills to manage customer accounts efficiently.

• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any issues and improve their experience.

• Work within an Agile environment, adapting and responding to changes quickly.

• Use EO/IR systems to provide technical support to customers.

• Develop organizational capabilities to streamline customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Experience Specialist or similar role

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and CRM

• Familiarity with Database and EO/IR systems

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Customer Account management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service

• Proven track record in Customer success

• Knowledge of Agile methodology

• Strong Client communications and Communication Skills

• Demonstrable Organizational agility, Organizational capabilities, and Organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work both independently and within a team structure.
