As Routes Account
Manager, you will be proactively managing the day-to- day operations, scheduling, and physically performing maintenance tasks
. You will report directly to your Senior Account Manager (George Lindsey III) however, you will work with various associated contacts specific to your jobsite like property managers owners, etc As the landscape maintenance progresses you shall also be responsible and accountable to perform such duties including but not limited to:
Job Duties
Maintaining landscape to highest quality by physically performing daily maintenance work tasks, job duties, and leading a crew. The Routes Account Manager Scope of Work to include:
- Turf maintenance - mowing, string trimming, edging, and cultural practices (verticutting, aerating, and topdressing).
- Detail maintenance - pruning, debris removal, hardscape detail.
- Irrigation maintenance - managing water usage and irrigation scheduling cleaning of bodies of water like skimming, dredging, Court cleaning, Road Maintenance etc. ; inspecting and RandM sprinklers, drip line, valves, etc.; gaining knowledge of irrigation mainline systems potable and RO, isolation valving, and responding to emergencies in a timely manner. Overseeing the RandM of mainline valves including Bid Install/Enhancement work.
- Tree and Palm Maintenance - pruning, shaping, and removal of suckers and palm fronds throughout the property; assisting with transplanting and applying rooting hormones, IPM, and fertilization.
- IPM applications - pest control, weed control, and PGR usage with chemical application methods.
- Fertilization - turf, shrubs, groundcovers, trees, and palms usually on a quarterly basis with products approved by Sperber.
- Managing Base yard Operations and Removing Green waste.
- Record keeping of performed applications of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks performed.
- Creating a quality control program for your site to ensure contract specs are fulfilled.
- Ensuring the maintenance crew is working safely and abiding to the Sperber Safety Program and COVID Best Practices
- Developing and maintaining an Organizational Chart, Area Work-flow mapping systems and Standard Operating Procedures to increase efficiencies for the Maintenance Operation
- Providing a budget for equipment and small tool needs for TMG to furnish
- Confirming Irrigation As-Build Mapping and Planting Plan per jobsite Specifications
- Attend all Leadership Meetings and submit monthly/weekly/daily reporting and picture documentation of landscape maintenance progress.
- Making recommendations to the company for improving service and the customer experience.
- Providing upgrades to protect and enhance the customer's investment in their property.
- Responding to client requests on a timely basis via email and or completing task with requested as expected.
- Adhering to current operating budget and assist in ensuring steps to achieving goals for example staying within monthly budget parameters and providing detailed follow up when exceeding budget.
- Communicating the jobsite operation to the TMG Management team on a weekly basis and engage in TMG bi-weekly management meetings.
- Produce proposals as requested by Client which will need approval of Branch Manager prior to submitting to the owner.
Payroll and Invoicing
- Responsible for Payroll and inter-company invoicing submittal and approval through Aspire.
- Manage Work Tickets and Employee Times through Aspire
- Complete weekly Aspire logs for Payroll prior to 7:30pm
Purchasing
Assist with Purchasing and PO system in Aspire for TMG
Assist with materials and supplies orders for TMG
