[[Blackstone Consulting, Inc. (BCI) has a Salad Maker position that supports food services to the military personnel stationed at MCAS Kaneohe Bay, HI.
[This position is temporary (2 months, beginning last week of June) with the possibility of a regular assignment upon completion.

- Readies large quantities of fresh and prepared salads, cold cuts and sliced meats.
- Prepares vegetables and meats to be used in meal preparation.
- Ensures salad bar is completely stocked at all times.
- Follows recipe cards for making salads.
- Always maintains a first-rate salad bar.
- Makes sure that sink, counters, shelves and drawers are kept clean and sanitary.
