Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Software Developer in Juno Beach, Florida. This role involves designing and configuring business processes, developing and deploying testing plans, and providing support for future integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in customer service, communication, training, and planning, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure business processes within software applications

• Perform analysis and debugging of software issues

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of business processes

• Develop testing plans and deploy them to production

• Create BI Reporting and custom dashboards

• Participate in and may lead user training and demos for business users

• Consistently follow best practices and develop internal processes for deployments

• Provide support for future integrations as needed

• Work in close cooperation with business users and other functional team members

• Interact with internal and external clients acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas

• Design and implement robust integrations between various applications

• Utilize various integration tools and APIs for seamless data exchange

• Implement appropriate security controls to protect data in transit and at rest

• Lead a team of developers and testers through the entire development lifecycle

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards

• Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and prioritize development efforts

• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders

• Showcase technical solutions with proof-of-concept demonstrations

• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, product owners, and team members

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and effectively manage expectations

• Participate in agile development ceremonies and contribute actively to team discussions Requirements

• Proficiency in software design and coding

• Strong knowledge of integration and configuration management

• Experience with REST API and deployments

• Familiarity with various monitoring tools

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience with workstation support and production

• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and suppliers

• Proficiency in component selection and authorizations

• Strong planning and training skills

• Experience in onboarding and staffing

• Ability to act as a liaison between different teams

• Familiarity with best practices in software development

• Experience with commission functions and expense account management

• Willingness to provide onsite support

• Knowledge of procedures in software development industry
