Our client, an industrial leader in toy manufacturing is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have problem solving skills, critical thinking and multi-tasking ability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Jonestown, Pennsylvania

Pay Range: $36.54/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Point of contact for all non-exempt employee relations concerns, investigations and employee discipline

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives

  • Maintain complete and accurate records

  • Actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Assist with regular HR initiatives

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in an HR Generalist role

  • 2+ years of experience with managing employee investigations and conflict resolution

  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
