Position Summary:
The Administrative Analyst is responsible for conducting special research studies, analyzing data, preparing statistics, making recommendations based on research findings, and monitoring and coordinating project/program activities. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate the gathering of, and perform the scanning, and digitization of the appropriate documents for imaging, ensuring all images are clear, legible, and accurately categorized.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Review all documents for accuracy and completeness
Organize the documents into appropriate categories
Utilize document imaging software to index, store, and retrieve electronic records efficiently.
Coordinate with ITS for troubleshooting issues and creating new applications
Provide training and support for functional users
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of planning, research, and analysis techniques and procedures, department operations, policies, and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and basic accounting principles
Ability to plan and execute systems and organizational analysis and feasibility studies, conduct research and perform quantitative quality assurance reviews, research, prepare, and present comprehensive written and oral reports, and organize and conduct meetings and workshops
General Days/Hours:
Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of an earned Bachelor's Degree in public administration, general business, or a related field
Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee
