What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate haul units to transport materials to designated areas within the plant.

• Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure peak performance.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations and meet production goals.

• Respond to and report safety issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.

• Adhere to all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.

What Are We Looking For

• Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, such as haul units.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills for a collaborative work environment.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following protocols.

• Physical capability to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and navigating rugged terrain.

• Adaptability to changing work conditions and schedules.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
