Who we are looking for:

The Global Trade Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the brand’s in-store presence and retail audiences’ education strategy across markets.

This position will oversee the design and development of in-store brand expression, animation initiatives, and educational tools for retail personnel, including dermo advisors and pharmacists.

The ideal candidate will be driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with diverse interactions, and possess skincare business knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Brand Expression and Animation:

  • Develop and implement innovative in-store branding strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive brand loyalty.

  • Lead the creation of visual merchandising guidelines and tools to ensure consistent brand representation across retail outlets worldwide. (does not include New Product KV or Campaign KV; these must be provided by digital/marketing teams (NP) and will be injected into the in-store displays)

  • Collaborate with zone teams to localize in-store campaigns while maintaining global brand consistency.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of in-store activations, providing recommendations for optimization.

    Education Tools for Retail Personnel:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for dermo advisors and other retail personnel to deepen their product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Co-develop with the Medical team (Pharmacists team) the training and educational materials.

  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to develop educational content tailored to specific product launches.

  • Establish a feedback mechanism to gather insights from retail personnel and adapt training tools to their evolving needs.

  • Maintain an up-to-date repository of digital and physical training resources for global access.

    Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or related roles within a global organization.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail strategies and educational programs for retail audiences or similar.

  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

  • Experience working with agencies and on design/brand projects.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Creative and passionate about enhancing shopper experiences and empowering retail personnel.
