    A Day in the Life

    As the E-Commerce Manager for CeraVe, you'll play a pivotal role in driving online growth for this growing skincare brand. Reporting to the Web Strategy & E-Commerce Director, you’ll be responsible for optimizing and advancing our e-commerce presence while maximizing organic search visibility across owned and global e-retail brands. At L’Oréal, we empower our teams to "run it like their own business," you’ll be able to further develop the web strategy and see your ideas come to life. CeraVe is a brand committed to providing therapeutic skincare solutions for all, and you'll be instrumental in bringing our mission to a wider audience online.

    Requirements

  • Content Mastermind: Exceptional content strategy and creation skills, with a keen eye for compelling visuals, engaging copy and leveraging best practices from both within beauty and best-in-class eCommerce experiences

  • Collaborative Leader: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a large team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally

  • Data-Driven Strategist: A proven ability to analyze data, develop data-driven strategies, and make informed decisions to optimize e-commerce and SEO performance. 

  • Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and pushing boundaries to drive growth in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

    Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Content Excellence: Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling product content, including product detail pages, brand shops, e-Commerce eventing asset packs, and category pages. Manage in-house studio shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals and bringing new ideas for brand storytelling on e-commerce channels.

  • Content & Asset Production: Create and produce engaging content and assets across various e-commerce platforms, including our owned site, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and localized eRetailers , for new product launches, core campaigns, events, and festivals

  • Website Management: Collaborate with D2C and Website Factory teams to manage the website roadmap, ensuring seamless implementation of updates and new features.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the E-commerce Manager (Content & Activation), Creative Lead, web mastering agency, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Insights and Experience Optimization: Generate insights on the brand’s performance across assets, channels, and eRetailers that will shape the future of sell-through and sell-out for the brand. Leverage data analytics tools like GA4, Vizit , DataImpact , SEMRush and OneReport to monitor and analyze performance identify areas for optimization and provide actionable insights to the team.

  • SEO Optimization :  In partnership with the Division CDMO Team, develop and implement SEO strategies to maximize organic search visibility and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms focusing on key performance indicators.

    What We Offer
