JOB TITLE: Business AnalystLOCATION: 575 Washington Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07310. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.DUTIES: Work with cross-functional technology partners and business subject matter experts to optimize existing technology and develop new capabilities to support business growth. Shape the technology solutions that drive strategicinitiatives across business. Work with business colleagues and subject matter experts to develop a deep understanding of the SMA business including services and products provided and existing business and control processes. Oversee workshops to document current state flow diagrams and create suggestions and solutions for strategic and operationalenhancements. Provide consistency in business requirements/scope across work streams and escalation of key business decisions. Analyze and model data of the SMA business including the end-to-end client lifecycle as well as product data mapping that drives the production of digital and marketing tools to produce conclusions and drive consistency and efficiency. Work on all tactical and strategic technology work in-flight.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Software Engineer, Technology Consultant, or related occupation. Requires experience in the following: Programming languages such as Python or Java; Agile methodologies; service orientedarchitecture concepts; financial workflow concepts; JIRA; Web Service; SQL; XML; Visio; Web app interface; Figma; User Interface; system integration tests; Data mappings of financial product attributes; identifying financial data placement, location and linkage between difference source and target systems. Full-time. Salary: $146,000 - $150,000 per year.
