Als Jabil Optics Germany GmbH in Jena sind wir Teil des weltweit zweitgrößten Auftragsfertigers Jabil und führend bei der Entwicklung von opto-elektro-mechanischen Modulen für Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality, moderne Kamerasysteme sowie Gestensteuerung/ 3D Sensing. Im Optics Design Center in Jena entwickeln wir mit über 100 Mitarbeitenden opto-elektro-mechanische Design-Lösungen für AR/VR-Brillen, autonomes Fahren (LiDAR, Driver Monitoring, ADAS- Kamera-Systeme, Eye Tracking), Robotics, Action Cameras, Smartphones, Endoskope und viele weitere Anwendungen.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Entwicklungsstandorts in Jena suchen wir unbefristet und in Vollzeit ab sofort eine/n:
Systemkonstrukteur für die Entwicklung opto-elektro-mechanischer Systeme (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Selbstständige Konstruktion von mechanischen/optischen Baugruppen und Komponenten im Rahmen von F/E-Projekten von der Entwicklung des Prototypens bis zum Seriendesign
Definition von Lastenheften für externe Entwicklungsaufgaben
Anleitung, Koordinierung, Begleitung und Ergebniskontrolle von extern vergebenen Entwicklungsaufgaben und Entwicklungsleistungen
Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen internen Fachbereichen in der Projektbearbeitung
Erstellung von Fertigungsunterlagen unter Beachtung des technisch/technologischem Entwicklungsstands, des optimalen Materialeinsatzes, der kostengünstigen Fertigung usw.
Simulation mit Laborergebnissen
Absicherung/Analyse der Tolerierung mittels Tolerierungssoftware
Konstruktionsspezifische Anleitung von Technischen Zeichnern und Mitarbeitern im Musterbau und in der Fertigung
Koordinierende Aufgaben im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung (wie z.B. die umfassende Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellen Validation, Prototypenbau und der Systemarchitektur)
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium (Master/Diplom) in den Fachrichtungen Feinwerktechnik, Laser- und Optotechnologie, Maschinenbau o.Ä.
Erfahrungen im Bereich Konstruktion von mechanischen/optischen/elektronischen Baugruppen
Erfahrungen im Darstellungsbereich „Model-Based Definition“ wünschenwert
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Konstruktionsprogramm PTC Creo 7.0 und PLM-Systemen PTC Windchill wünschenswert
Evaluierung der Konstruktion mittels FEA / Simulationen wünschenswert
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit geeigneter Simulationssoftware Ansys/Creo oder ähnliche wünschenswert
Freude an Teamarbeit, aber auch am selbstorganisierten Arbeiten
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
Internationale Reisebereitschaft (maximal 10 %)
