Zur Verstärkung an unserem Entwicklungsstandort in Jena suchen wir unbefristet und in Vollzeit (37h/ Woche) ab sofort eine / einen:
Financial Analyst (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB sowie US GAAP)
Durchführung der anfallenden Buchhaltungsvorgänge
Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Finance und Controlling
Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Budgetierung und bei Financial Reviews
Auswertung von Kennzahlen
Mitgestaltung, Optimierung und Anwendung von Prozessen sowie Tools zur Verbesserung des Informationsflusses von Buchhaltung über Weiterverarbeitung bis hin zur Profitcenterrechnung
Bewertung internationaler Geschäftsvorgänge/Intercompany-Abstimmungen
Klärung von bilanziellen Sachverhalten
Vorbereitung der betrieblichen Jahressteuererklärungen
Erstellung von Statistiken, Auswertungen und Analysen
Konzern-Reporting
Verantwortung für SOX-Compliance (Prozesse und Dokumentation)
Ihr Profil:
betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Schwerpunkt Controlling bzw. FiWi) oder kfm. Berufsausbildung (Aufbauqualifizierung zum/ zur (International) Bilanzbuchhalter/-in (IHK) wünschenswert)
mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling (vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung)
gute Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung nat./internat. (HGB/US GAAP) sowie im Unternehmenssteuerrecht
Anwendungserfahrung in SAP und mit MS Office
gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
Freude an einer serviceorientierten Tätigkeit sowie Teamarbeit
