Long Story Short:
Modern Litho - Jefferson City is looking for someone to operate specific equipment needed to manufacture wide format products such as banners, decals, posters, aluminum signage as well as other various rigid and flexible graphics. This will include printing, cutting, laminating, stitching, mounting and grommeting.

What the job duties entail:
- Set up and operate various printers, RIP software, digital cutters, laminators, sewing machines, and pneumatic grommet.
- Ensure quality of printed image by examination of print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
- Perform maintenance on a regular schedule.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.
- Employees may be requested to work overtime.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Able to read and understand a job ticket
- Have a good work and attendance record
- Take reasonable care of company property and equipment
- Comfortable working with machinery
- Follow standard work methods, use a ruler, or tape measure, and practice safe work habits.
- Must have basic computer skills.
What education and experience will be a good fit:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Mechanical knowledge or experience is highly appreciated
Physical Demands:
- Constant standing, reaching, and stooping
- Physical effort or strain including moderately heavy lifting (60 lbs.), pulling, and pushing activity

Schedule:
- Day Shift (8 hours, Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm)
- Salary: Starting at $16.00 hourly (experience-based compensation)
