The Sr Account Executive, ACA Business Development is responsible for the new direct sales of our Employee Benefit products. This individual will evaluate market data and sales opportunities in order to determine growth opportunities and extend new business relationships. The additional responsibilities include; defining strategy, negotiating relationship and business terms with respective business partners, establishing go to market approach and material for internal and external use, and working cross functionally to execute on growth initiatives.

*What You'll Do:*

  • Develop the new business sales strategy for an assigned territory, maximizing potential to meet and exceed quota assignment.
  • Monitors markets, industries, companies, competitor and sales activities in order to identify growth opportunities
  • Extend relationship with 3rd party business partner where an existing relationship may not already exist
  • Works closely with internal Product, Operation, Sales and Service teams to evaluate and execute on new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for identifying, investigating, analyzing and negotiating new business opportunities
  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Operations, and Implementation to complete successfully transition of business partnership
  • Maximize new business opportunities by understanding and communicating all Equifax Employee Benefits solutions

What experience you need:

  • Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of new business development experience

What could set you apart:

  • Successful experience in prospecting and capturing new business through cold calls, client call-ins, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and other self-initiated methods
  • Ability to effectively and proactively educate, sell, and present in-depth solutions to clients via phone
  • Experience in B2B solution based selling, dealing with senior management or the highest level decision maker within that client's organization
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals/ objectives and success throughout the entire consultative sales cycle
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must possess entrepreneurial, positive, and proactive attitude in all facets of work
  • Experience in Employee Benefits and/or HR Services/ Software preferred
