We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating aluminum components used in the assembly of boat docks.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MIG welding
- Experience working with welding aluminum boat docks
- Familiarity with assembling boat docks
- Competence in using various hand tools for fabrication -Candidates must have personal welding hood and will be tested on site
Qualifications: Accomplished MIG welder with familiarity welding aluminum Be able to interpret and build from fabrication drawings Be able to fill out work order time and material usage Follow standard manufacturing safety practices and requirements Ability to lift, push, pull weights in the 0-85 lbs. range Ability to operate forklift trucks. Overtime is administered on an as needed basis as determined by the supervisor. Shop floor duties will involve the use of standard tooling, being around light and heavy machinery, be exposed to noise, and will be required to follow standard manufacturing safety practices. Candidates being reviewed will be given a basic welding skill test onsite and must have their personal welding hood. Job is located in Cullman, AL Background check and Drug test required Full time Monday-Thursday 6am-5pm Friday 6am-4pm Saturday when needed 6am-11am Driver License required
