Job Title: Welder - TIG, Flux Core, Pulse MIG

Job Description

Seeking skilled Welders to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing various welding activities, including TIG, pipe welds, flux core welding, and pulse MIG, essential for manufacturing components like mild carbon steel, C channel, large brackets, mild square tubing, and frames. Your role will also involve in-house welding certifications, fabrication tasks such as drilling, tapping, brake press, plasma cutting, and conducting visual inspections and quality checks on parts and products.

Hard Skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large facility with 75 shop employees, operating with a focus on cleanliness and safety. Standard work hours are from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, currently working 40-45 hours a week. The facility requires steel-toe boots, pants, short-sleeve shirts, and eye protection. Employees are allowed to listen to music during work.
