JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the IS partner supporting Supply Chain areas in Workday, e.g., procurement, inventory, and strategic sourcing Provide consultation to SCM partners building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use Workday Configure, test, validate and implement business process changes in Workday Lead efforts in tracking issues and resolutions; identify situations requiring urgent attention Analyze and assess technical issues (Desktop, Network, Application, Other) Understand and follow defined technical standards, security and data privacy standards, and best practices Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities Support testing of integrations, security, annual events Maintain master data values in Workday across areas of responsibility Provide input and knowledge sharing with analyst lead, IS partners and Workday team members as appropriate Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following behavior expectations: Quality - Follows policies and procedures; adapts to and manages changes in the environment; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness giving attention to details; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Manages time and prioritizes effectively to achieve organizational goals.
