As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for managing

and organizing various materials within our organization. This is a critical role that ensures the availability of materials to meet production demands and maintain an efficient workflow.

• Organize and maintain an inventory of materials in accordance with established storage procedures.

• Monitor and track material usage to identify trends and forecast future needs.

• Work to help with the receiving, inspection, and documenting of incoming materials.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure materials are available for scheduled projects.

• Coordinate with suppliers to order and replenish materials as needed.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory records.

• Generate reports on material stock levels, usage, and cost.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)

• Previous experience in material management or related field preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills ·

• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as inventory management software · Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to material handling and storage

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) · Strong communication and collaboration skills
