The Role As a Part-Time Day Service Associate in Janesville, you will play a vital role in our adult day services program, supporting individuals with disabilities. Each day will bring new and exciting challenges, making this a perfect opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference. Schedule and Compensation Hourly Rate: \$16/hr Hours: Part-Time, 20-28 hours per week Flexibility: Shifts range from 3 to 8 hours Availability: Monday to Friday, daytime hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Responsibilities Your daily tasks will vary and may include one of the following roles: Group Staff Responsibilities: Lead engaging discussions and activities, such as art, wellness, cooking, science, and music. Bring your creativity to enhance existing curricula and ensure participant engagement. 1:1 Staff: Work individually or with a couple of participants to build specific skills or routines. Provide essential support for participants who require additional assistance, whether medical or behavioral. Support Staff: Assist with breaks, personal care, range of motion exercises, cleaning, and other support tasks. Qualifications Required: Must be 18 years or older Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliable transportation with appropriate insurance Flexible availability Basic computer skills and familiarity with various software programs Driver License WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
