We are looking for a talented Assembly Team Member - Cell 2 (Pistons - Critical Cell) 1st Shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing , Engine Bussiness Segment in James Town, NY

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Description

• Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

• Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.

• Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.

• Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.

• Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.

• Performs quality inspections

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Education, Licenses, Certifications High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

• Must have assembly experience.

• Low DefectOperator

• Willing to work as a team to accomplish team goals.

• Willing to help improve Cell efficiencies.

• Fill in as a Cell Leader when needed.

• Be always professional and set an example of the Cummins's Behaviors

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
