Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team located in Jamesburg, New Jersey as a Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry. This role primarily involves handling inbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities: • Handle inbound phone calls professionally, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other systems to enter orders and maintain customer data. • Print and fax invoices or statements as needed, ensuring all information is accurate and comprehensive. • Maintain a calm and service-oriented demeanor at all times, ensuring excellent customer service is provided. • Leverage your skills in order entry and data entry to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Monitor and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise with customer orders. • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the distribution industry to better serve our customers. • Utilize Sage to process orders, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up-to-date. • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation

• Familiarity with order entry systems and proven ability to accurately process orders

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and complaints

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently

• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business processes
