Recruiter Our client is looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Recruiter to manage services for their 300+ employees across multiple locations. The successful candidate will develop innovative recruitment strategies, manage our recruitment infrastructure, and maintain close working relationships with agency leaders and hiring managers. With key responsibilities in attending career fairs, utilizing social media platforms, managing partnerships with local schools, and creating successful onboarding processes, this role is crucial in their mission to recruit talented individuals who align with the agency values. If you're detail-oriented, have outstanding interpersonal skills, and are excited about supporting those in need, we'd love for you to apply! ((Boston, Up to $85K, Hybrid))

• Bachelors degree, highly preferred

• 3+ years of experience

• Strategically focused with proficiency in HRIS to track, report and extract data

• Experience with Paycom, huge plus

• Create and foster relationships with employees throughout and following the hiring process

• Previous experience building relationships with colleges and universities in the Boston area
