What You'll Do:
Provide full management oversight of your assigned terminal.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FRA, and DOT regulations, as well as company and customer safety policies.
Lead and train your team to follow customer and company work instructions, quality procedures, and site standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage site performance to meet financial and productivity goals, implementing corrective actions when needed.
Ensure associates are properly trained, equipped, and motivated to meet site performance goals.

What You Bring:
3+ years of supervisory experience with P&L responsibility (railroad experience is a plus).
Proven leadership skills in managing teams and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
A valid state driver's license and ability to operate vehicles with standard or automatic transmissions.
Flexibility to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, dust, and noise.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and be on call as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights over 16 feet.
Able to wear all required PPE and meet the physical demands of the role.
