My client, a reputable logistics company, is hiring for an Overnight Tracking Agent with competitive pay and growth opportunity!

Job Description:

• The primary duty of – Provides detailed tracking and customer service support to our company drivers and brokered carriers.

• Build and manage a carrier network for fast freight bookings.

• Communicate efficiently with carriers and customers via phone, email, and digital platforms.

• Post loads across various outlets as directed.

• Negotiate competitive transportation rates for cost efficiency.

Qualifications to apply:

• 1 year of logistics/dispatching experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Time management and ability to multi task

• Flexible schedule

Shift Times:

• M-Th 6pm-6am

• F-M 8pm-8am
