My client is hiring a Corporate Controller for their growing organization in the Manufacturing industry. Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field REQUIRED

• MBA preferred

• CPA preferred

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in Accounting required

• 3-5 years of leadership experience required

• 3-5 years of manufacturing required

responsibilities:

• Overseeing transactions: Managing daily transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

• Preparing reports: Preparing financial statements and reports that help senior management make informed business decisions

• Developing budgets: Preparing budgeting reports and forecasting revenues

• Managing closings: Managing month-end and year-end closing

• Auditing: Participating in tax audits and expense audits

• Monitoring performance: Monitoring the daily performance of the accounting department and tracking the progress of financial and accounting objectives

• Establishing policies: Establishing accounting policies and procedures that align with the company's targets

• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory reporting requirements

• Organizing data: Organizing financial data into usable information and maintaining updated records

• Mentoring staff: Educating and helping accounting staff navigate challenges

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field REQUIRED
