Job Title: Asphalt Paving SuperintendentJob Description

Seeking a dedicated Asphalt Paving Superintendent to oversee and coordinate the activities of paving crews on various construction sites. The Superintendent will manage the workflow of one or more paving crews, ensuring the smooth execution of activities such as spreading, rolling, tamping, and patching asphalt for highways, streets, parking lots, and more. This role involves significant leadership, requiring the Superintendent to serve as the company's primary representative on construction sites, managing communication between various stakeholders and supervising onsite functions like scheduling and material control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high levels of safety and quality control on-site.

Hard Skills

Work Site

Work Environment

Work is predominantly outdoors in all weather conditions, involving exposure to noise, grease, and dust typical of construction sites. The role requires constant physical effort and the ability to handle multiple activities concurrently. Work locations include major projects like I-95/St Aug, I-95 St Marys, among others.
