Lead Enterprise business within a region ensuring: enterprise accounts canoperate successfullyin the country, asefficientlyas possible; enterprisegrowthopportunities are maximized; and EA operations arecompliantwith statutory and company policies.
What you'll do:
Responsible for ensuring GWS EA operations in the US are in line with regulatory and statutory obligations
Runs EA platform / support function teams in US (through collaboration with functional leads) as efficiently as possible (minimizing opex), ensuring right level of support in country for scale of business and driving continuous improvement in efficiency (opex as % of revenue) in line with regional targets
Ensures successful implementation of enabling functions transformation in US
Coordinates response in country to emergencies / crises (e.g. natural disasters), ensures appropriate BCPs in place across business in the US
Owns US statutory matters that affect GWS Enterprise and coordinates with all relevant parties and SMEs to ensure resolution
Owns property portfolio strategy for US (in tandem with sector leaders based in country), driving portfolio optimization
Supports implementation and ramp up of WCP across all GWS EA entities in US
Supports efforts to grow centralized/ shared resources (e.g. mobile techs, shared roles across accounts) and provides leadership when teams need a home outside of a single sector
Ensure talent in US is managed across sectors; create and maintain sense of community in US
Responsible for coordination and liaison with LFM
Supports enterprise accounts to ensure successful operations in country (client satisfaction, GM on or above plan, local escalation point as required, supports account staffing needs, local supply chain strategy, site visits, coaching etc.)
Supports accounts and sectors to drive growth opportunities – cultivating in-country relationships for global Enterprise accounts, supporting work winning efforts, followed by ensuring successful transitions.
Travel expected 30%
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Demonstrated expertise in Facilities Management is essential
Established track record of effectively managing large-scale budgets for planning (both internal and client-facing)
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $200,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $280,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
