About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our growing Go To Market team in Istanbul, Turkey. Hybrid working is available, you must be willing to travel to customer sites within Turkey when required.

In this role you will primarily work on Software Implementation projects within Turkey, with the potential to support the wider region, covering up to 24 countries. Most projects will focus on implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) however you could also work on PLM implementations if required.

Area of responsibility

• Manage industrial software implementation projects, driving customer value realization, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and in budget, whilst insuring customer satisfaction.

• Managing stakeholders within the organization to coordinate resources and build an effective project team.

• Act as the key point of contact for Sales, Presales, Engagement Managers, Services Management and the customer for the project.

• Communicate with software sales team to achieve productive business relationships with customers. Using appropriate methods, lead the development and execution value propositions, business cases and solution visions specific to a customer.

• Develop financially quantified Services and Software proposals with moderate complexity for Customers and align with their business needs. Expand and grow Services and Software revenue in alignment with Country objectives.

Your qualifications

• Extensive project management experience, implementing complex software solutions within the industrial manufacturing sector (automotive, defence, aerospace, electronics)

• Experience in Manufacturing process automation.

• General knowledge in functional levels of a manufacturing control operation (Level 1- 3) and business processes in product manufacturing.

• Knowledge in Siemens MOM Portfolio (Opscenter) is preferred but we are happy to train this

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with our customers at a high level. Business level English is required as well as Turkish.
