What You Will Do

The Customer Development Specialist is responsible for managing pricing, promotion, profitability, and market share in compliance with company goals. This role supports business growth objectives by delivering KPIs in line with company strategies and prioritizing product launches as well as the current portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing pricing, promotion, profitability, and market share in compliance with company goals.

  • Delivering KPIs in line with company strategies and prioritization for product launches as well as the current portfolio (e.g., MSL, Shelf Share, Coverage, Customer & Store segmentation, Route/Visit compliance).

  • Developing and executing yearly Trade Marketing plans based on company and category strategy within a dedicated channel to maximize every customer’s potential.

  • Identifying region-specific category/brand opportunities and growth levers, building plans and strategies to capture these opportunities and expedite growth with customers.

  • Managing event activations, including extensive launch events and in-store activities.

  • Closely monitoring competitive activities and taking proactive measures.

  • Responsible for development, execution, and post-evaluation of trade and in-store activities (e.g., promo mechanics, execution standards).

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and complete fluency in English.

  • Good team worker.

  • Strong and confident communicator, able to articulate business requirements, and collaborate with a diverse network of internal stakeholders and external providers.

  • Well-organized and focused.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Good command of MS Office.
