We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and validating products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to identify issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. Responsibilities
Conduct testing and validation of products and components according to established procedures and standards.
Set up test equipment, instruments, and devices for various testing scenarios.
Record and analyze test data, documenting results in a clear and concise manner.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues found during testing, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve problems.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Assist in the development and improvement of testing processes and protocols.
Prepare test reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting findings and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during testing procedures.
