What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Collaborate with our clients to gain an understanding of their HR needs and provide practical solutions to support their business.

  • Partner with our clients to implement HR initiatives and programs that drive people strategy and promote an inclusive environment.

  • Utilize your skills and expertise to evaluate current HR programs and make recommendations to implement improvements in all areas of human resources

  • Educate and train our clients in a collaborative and client-centric manner.

  • Implement HR programs and execute HR related tasks for our clients.

  • Administer, design and/or develop HR programs including staffing, payroll, benefits, training, employee relations, and compliance with AA/EEO regulations.

  • Stay up to date on emerging HR trends and legislation and provide forward-thinking, proactive advice to clients.

  • Ability to be responsive to client requests.

  • Active within the HR community.

  • Opportunity to gain experience in business development.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of tactical HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Broad knowledge of HR disciplines including employment and labor laws

  • Strong communication, presentation, listening, and client relationship skills

  • Experience in a consultative, problem-solving role

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems

  • Highly self-motivated; must be comfortable working independently or as part of a team
