Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for PruTech's Education Technology Practice, building upon the company's success in the education sector.• Lead sales initiatives, exceeding revenue targets, and identifying growth opportunities in public and private educational institutions.• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in diverse education sectors, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each.• Oversee the successful delivery of technology services, ensuring tailored solutions for various educational settings.• Collaborate with product management teams to determine a product set from current technologies, devising go-to-market strategies for high adoption rates.• Drive business development activities, exploring and securing partnerships, contracts, and alliances within the education technology space.• Manage a high-performing team and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client success.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)• Proven leadership experience in driving sales and technology delivery within diverse education sectors, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.• Successful track record of business expansion, revenue growth, and achievement of strategic objectives.• In-depth knowledge of education technology solutions, including e-learning platforms, educational software, and learning management systems.• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and positive change.• At least 5 years of experience leading engagements or delivering services to education organizations, ensuring effective project delivery and client satisfaction.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with clients, internal teams, and industry partnersAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
