    Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

Qualified candidates must have previous experience (minimum of 2 years) in at least one of the areas below:

  • Workday Absence and Timekeeping

  • Workday Compensation (core and advance) EIB processing, Workday Advance Reporting , People soft payroll (high level), Workday MOM

  • HCM - Workday Fundamentals (HCM Advance comp , talent, absence), Workday Object models, Workday Advance Reporting, Power BI , EIB , MOM (mass ops) ,

  • Workday Recruiting , EIB processing , Business process config , Job requisition management

  • Workday security assignment and application, app of security of non-human accounts (ISU integrations, API clients), Security workbook and EIB application, Workday logins and troubleshooting , authentication policies,

  • Workday Studio , XLT , Integration config , PECI, PeopleSoft Payroll (high level), Data Analysis (Advance Excel), Workday advance Reporting , Shell Scripting, Workday Data, RCA Encryption, Workday Web services, Integration monitoring

  • Workday HCM - M&A , MOM , Data Conversion , Data analysis , ETL from legacy system , Workday hierarchy maintenance and setup , company relationship with general ledger and legal entity, advance excel

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

  • Workday Partner Certification

Bonus Points if:

  • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
