Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Technical Business Systems Analyst in Irving, Texas. The role is situated within the IT Software industry and will focus on the refinement and construction of backend payment systems, particularly at the credit card level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine backend payment systems, concentrating on credit card processing such as refunds, charging, tokenization, and transactions.

• Apply deep understanding of payment processing workflows and logic to daily tasks.

• Utilize knowledge of payment platforms like Stripe, Square, Shopify, or similar for efficient system operation.

• Handle Card Present/Card Not Present transactions.

• Implement payment tokenization techniques.

• Understand and manage physical device systems like credit card machines.

• Create custom documentation and utilize UML.

• Work with SRDs.

• Collaborate with a team of developers, QAs, Product Managers, Solutions Architects, and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure familiarity with SDLC and have substantial experience working on the backend.

• Apply knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Business systems, Confluence, CRM, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Business Process Functions, and Business Requirement Document. Requirements • Strong proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• Demonstrated experience in business systems analysis

• Familiarity with CRM systems and their functionalities

• Ability to perform effective gap analysis

• Experience in AB Testing methodologies

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum project management techniques

• Experience in backlog grooming within a project setting

• Understanding of various business process functions

• Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents
