Caris Life Sciences Marketing Manager - Corporate Accounts in Irving, Texas

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager - Corporate Accounts is responsible for developing and managing successful marketing initiatives, programs and events, as well creating marketing and communication tools to support the Caris Precision Oncology Alliance™ (POA) and key corporate accounts. This position reports to the Marketing Director of Corporate Accounts, which focuses on implementing strategies aimed at creating ongoing growth, customer loyalty, market share and customer satisfaction among Caris’ customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success/growth in product and/or account-based marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and create sales and marketing collateral, email communications, newsletters, advertising to support the growth and development of the POA and key corporate accounts, as well as other business needs.

  • Coordinate and execute special programs and events for key corporate accounts, such as In Practice Programs, speaker events and virtual programs.

  • Support POA’s participation in national and regional conferences, as well as working group meetings.

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout all communications.

  • Work closely with POA leadership team and commercial management to develop positioning and messaging.

  • Create and implement strategic account-based marketing initiatives to support market growth and customer retention.

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to develop meaningful marketing plans and supporting material.

  • Work with internal team and external agencies to help prepare marketing strategies and programs.

  • Create marketing calendar utilizing available reporting tools/data to provide consistent updates on various initiatives and programs.

  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field.

  • 3+ years minimum experience, with a focus in healthcare (physician/hospital/health system, medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.).

  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and product management, with a deep understanding of changing market dynamics.

  • Must be able to work across multiple levels in the organization to drive projects to completion.

  • Must be well organized and have the ability to meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Strong presentation and project management skills.

  • Establishes credibility with intellectually demanding audiences; demonstrates confidence and commitment to effectively influence and lead.

  • Proficient computer skills, which include Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, as well as other marketing software platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Conditions of Employment: Individuals must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening, and reference verification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or master’s degree in marketing, management, or communications

  • This position requires periodic travel and some evenings and weekends.
