Job Title: Phlebotomist

Job Description

Seeking a proficient phlebotomist skilled in blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique, including neonatal blood collections and difficult draws in medical office buildings. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety, and possess the capability to train and orient patient service technicians. The role involves working with pediatric patients under the supervision of the lab supervisor and team lead.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Irvine, California. Must be open to floating to all Kaiser MOB sites in South OC

Work Environment

Initially in high-volume medical office buildings (clinics) with a transition to the main lab in a hospital setting upon becoming a permanent employee. The position requires availability between 6am to 11pm every day of the week. Employees will be scheduled 25-40 hours per week based on proven reliability
