Robert Half is partnering with a well-known, large firm in Irvine, CA. They are looking for a candidate to help support the execution of theirsummer program, including workflow, events, and training programs!

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the summer program, including managing workflow, organizing events, and coordinating training programs.

• Participate in summer program-related events, programs and meetings as needed.

• Support campus recruiting and outreach efforts in collaboration with the recruiting team.

• Coordinate interview logistics, including but not limited to sending confirmation emails, scheduling meetings, setting up video links and/or making conference room reservations, and preparing necessary materials.

• Maintain candidate files in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Proficiency in coordinating meetings and managing schedules

• Experience in providing administrative assistance in a professional setting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
