Robert Half Human Resources Administrator in Irvine, California

Description We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Human Resources Administrator to join our team based in Irvine, California. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including processing timesheets and audits, generating reports, and managing various HR programs and processes. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling human resources matters from talent acquisition to offboarding, whilst working closely with global HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities:

• Process timesheets accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all information is up to date and correct.

• Conduct regular audits of timesheets to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Submit bi-weekly reports detailing timesheet information and any issues that may have arisen.

• Work closely with the Global HR Business Partner to drive and assist with HR programs and processes.

• Handle a variety of human resources matters from talent acquisition to offboarding, ensuring all processes are conducted in line with company policy.

• Develop and manage expectations within the team, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.

• Utilize various software systems including MS Office and ADP to manage HR tasks and responsibilities.

• Handle different employee relations matters, providing support and advice where necessary.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures at all times.

• Maintain a business casual dress code, reflecting the professional nature of the role. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian and HRMS software

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Strong skills in Compliance and Employee Relations

• Prior experience in a Human Resources Administrator role

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
