In partnership with our client, Randstad is currently hiring for an Accounts Receivable Representative in Irvine, California. If you have experience in the A/R and Accounting field, this is a great opportunity to work for a growing company in the financial sector. Role is working onsite in Irvine, CA, so please if you are local to the area!
salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Resolve cash application issues that are brought to teams attention by various groups.
Perform quality assurance and compliance in AR activities
Complete daily, weekly and monthly cash receipts reports for management
Audit/check and verify daily deposits entered by other groups as well as daily cash balancing
Investigate unapplied cash and resolve outstanding balances
Work with offshore team in maintaining daily cash reconciliation spreadsheets for each lockbox and resolving cash reconciling items
Answer questions regarding pay portals, electronic remittance advices, merchant accounts, payment sources and other cash sources for other groups
