1st Shift Medical Device Assembler - $19.50 to $22/hr
Responsibilities
Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer or Supervisor.
Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Microscope experience
Small part assembly
Strong communication skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with measuring tools, hand tools, and assembly of medical devices
Experience working in a cleanroom environment
Ability to work with microscopes for 90% of the shift
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 6 months high-volume small part assembly experience

Work Environment
This role involves working in a cleanroom 100% of the time in close stations.
The 2nd Shift work schedule includes weekdays and occasional Saturdays, with a shift start time of either 3:30 pm or 3:45 pm.
Candidates should be prepared to start an hour before the shift time as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.50/hr.
