ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY
POSITION: Assistant Director of Physical Plant Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Director of Physical Plant Operations will assist with the responsibility
for overseeing the efficient, effective and safe operation of college facilities, grounds,
vehicles and personnel in support of all college activities and programs at Allen.
Position Description
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of construction, electrical, HVAC, maintenance or facilities management
and a degree or certifications in related fields preferred. Direct supervisory
experience desired. Strong organizational and communication skills.
LOCATION: Iola, Kansas Campus
SALARY: Salary commensurate with education and experience. Excellent benefit package.
STARTING DATE: Negotiable
