Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant in the Wholesale Distribution industry, based in INWOOD, New York. The key role of the ERP/CRM Consultant will be to serve as the primary point of contact for all customers, manage sales orders and maintain customer relationships. You will also be responsible for maintaining a shared inbox to monitor incoming orders and revisions and track pending requests.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers in your territory.

• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with the Sales Team, customers, and inter-departmental teams.

• Enter and maintain detailed sales orders into Epicor including correct PNC’s (machines, parts, and ancillary), pricing, discounts, special sales programs, addresses, territory, mark for, order type, quantity, etc.

• Follow up with customers regarding incomplete information or discrepancies on their purchase orders.

• Maintain a shared inbox to monitor incoming orders and revisions and track pending requests.

• Acknowledge receipt of customer purchase orders through email.

• Utilize skills in Epicor ERP and Order Management to enhance efficiency and accuracy in job function. Requirements • Proficiency in Epicor ERP system is mandatory

• Demonstrable experience with Epicor software

• Expertise in Order Management processes

• Previous experience in the Wholesale Distribution industry

• Strong consultancy skills and ability to work directly with clients

• Ability to analyze and solve complex ERP related issues

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills
