Genesis10 is seeking a SAP Order to Cash Business Analyst for an 18-month contract with our client. 100% Remote. Job Description: Our client has an exciting opportunity in the Information Technology Department. We are looking for a candidate Experienced Business Systems Analyst who can optimize processes throughout the implementation and hypercare of the SAP OTC system in support of a large IS Oil deployment. In addition, a successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a team environment and independently. Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects. Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives. Author Functional Specification Documents Test and track business requirements through implementation. Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications. Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions. Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on OTC experience. Experience developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans 2+ years of SAP experience Excellent documentation experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar tool Ability to identify process issues and suggestions for improvement Familiar with Microsoft Visio Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools Knowledge of Agriculture Business and Industry Resume Must Haves/ Ideal Candidate: 3 years of hands-on OTC experience. Go-live / hypercare support experience preferred. Travel: Potential travel for brainstorming sessions, tops once every other month. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $55.00-$65.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions with various rate ranges.
