  Senior Analyst, Pricing As the Senior Analyst, Pricing you will play a crucial role in executing strategic pricing initiatives, analyzing and implementing price increases, optimizing pricing processes, and enhancing revenue and profitability growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Pricing, this position supports the organization's pricing strategy by transforming data-driven insights into actionable pricing decisions and fostering a culture of proactive and consistent price management.

  Ideal candidates for this position will be self-motivated, data-driven professionals who are enthusiastic about leveraging their analytical skills and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL) to significantly influence pricing strategies and drive business success.

  Essential Functions & Requirements:

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times

• Executes centralized price increase analysis and implements structured price adjustments across product lines

• Optimizes pricing processes through automation, simplification, validation, and accurate valuation

• Fosters a culture that supports a regular and systematic approach to pricing adjustments, transitioning from a project-based to a recurring cadence

• Develops clear, impactful internal and external communications related to price increases, execution, and timing

• Tracks, measures, and reports price increase realization compared to established targets and trends

• Utilizes customer and market data to identify revenue leakage, revenue-generating opportunities, and profitability enhancement through strategic pricing methodologies

• Supports pricing initiatives through performance monitoring, KPI tracking, pricing tool updates, and reviews of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain best practices

• Collaborates to build and enhance pricing enablement tools to support informed pricing decisions

• Provides the Sales team with effective pricing tools, playbooks, and guidance to successfully navigate customer price change discussions

• Conducts ad hoc pricing analyses and provides actionable insights based on evolving business needs

• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

  Education:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business analytics or related field (required)

  Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in pricing analytics, financial analysis, or related analytical roles (required)

  Competencies:

• Strong proficiency with pricing software, analytical tools, Excel, BI systems, and CRM platforms

• Demonstrated capability to manage large data sets and deliver actionable insights and recommendations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support cross-functional teams

• Deep understanding of the industry and a strong commitment to continuous improvement

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations

• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive improvement initiatives

• Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role
