About the role

As a CBRE Quality and Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring CBRE Quality and Compliance Key Performance Indicators for an Indianapolis based pharmaceutical manufacturer. This role operates within client's Quality Management System (QMS) and works closely with the client team on continuous improvement objectives related to QA & QC processes.

What you’ll do

  • Interface, partner, and interact with both internal and external client’s functional areas and leadership teams.

  • Work closely with Account and Platform Quality team.

  • Responsible for driving client sponsored Continuous Improvement (CI) of operations and processes (CBRE & Client). Works closely with Operations staff and client teams to identify, develop the case, and design and test efficiency improvement initiatives.

  • Communicate quality and compliance initiatives and issues across the functional areas.

  • Report Compliance status to internal and external clients during review meetings. Call out and notify the company and client management of quality and compliance issues.

  • Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.

  • Actively reviews operational data and processes to identify improvement opportunities. Identifies, develops and performs CI plans. Leads improvement initiatives from concept through execution and verification of performance.

  • Mentor others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

  • Monitor critical Key Performance Indicators related to quality of delivery and service, and work with Operations to perform root cause analysis, develop and implement solutions to improve performance.

  • Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

  • Maintain CI implementation schedules for assigned projects, progress updates as required, and provides documentation that demonstrates the direct link between CI implementation and process and Operations improvements.

  • Contribute to new processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.

  • Responsible for reporting Compliance (among other quality and business metrics) status to the client during review meetings. Appropriately brings up and notifies CBRE and client management of quality and compliance issues.

  • Operational experience implementing operational improvements applying six sigma and lean processes.

What you’ll need

  • At least 5 years of relevant Quality experience in a cGMP setting.

  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.

  • Training and knowledge in Data Integrity (DI) concepts and application of DI standard methodologies preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, etc.

  • Communication and influence to get things done. Interfacing at all levels of the organization.

  • Good organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
