Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The role is in the accounting industry and will involve full charge bookkeeping for multiple clients. The workplace is detail-oriented and highly organized, requiring adept usage of accounting software systems like Sage and Quickbooks.

Responsibilities:

• Handling full charge bookkeeping for multiple clients.

• Utilizing Sage and Quickbooks for accounting functions.

• Using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Conducting cash flow analysis and preparing annual budgets.

• Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Leveraging computerized accounting systems for efficient operations.

• Applying knowledge of ADP - Financial Services for financial tasks.

• Utilizing Great Plains (GPAC) for accounting and financial management.

• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Resolving client inquiries and maintaining client relationships. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Competence in using Computerized Accounting System

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to prepare and manage an Annual Budget

• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis
