Required:
2+ years of customer service OR call center experience
High School Diploma or GED
Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Description:
These positions will be working solely with the Medicare Advantage team.
This candidate will function as a Customer Service Representative and take inbound calls from members and providers regarding:
welcome calls
portal inquiries
explanation of benefits
provider options
insurance cards
also handle claims and grievances & appeals.
