• 2+ years of customer service OR call center experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Description:

These positions will be working solely with the Medicare Advantage team.

This candidate will function as a Customer Service Representative and take inbound calls from members and providers regarding:

• welcome calls

• portal inquiries

• explanation of benefits

• provider options

• insurance cards

• also handle claims and grievances & appeals.
